Horizon West Landscape Constructions (HWLC) is an established business specializing in Commercial Landscape Construction. The business was founded in 2007 and is owned and operated by Allen Ryan. 

The majority of our projects are a mix of subdivision POS, streetscapes and council POS contracts.

We have in a short period of time, developed a strong reputation for delivery projects in a safe, timely manner and to a high standard. A strong emphasis is always put on quality, and also providing our client with an excellent level of customer service.

The director and managers work actively in the business controlling the onsite activities of all projects, as well as safety, customer liaisons and staff management. This also allows them to be in control of quality and timing of the project to ensure that it is delivered within the client’s timeframe and to a high quality.

Our company is well resourced in both plant and equipment, and also labour. We hire all of our staff on a full time basis, and recruit well-presented experienced landscapers. We are always mindful not to commit to multiple large projects at any one time, therefore always being able to resource our projects well.

Horizon West operates out of our depot facility located in Thomas Road, Casuarina and Landsdale to cater for the southern and northern suburbs.
